During the day, Vasco is the place for the best coffee and unique homemade cakes in the region, an alternative take on lunch using only local & foraged produce and later for a glass of wine or a cold beer and our Burren Farmhouse cheeses.
As evening approaches, Vasco transforms into an intimate venue where customers can unwind with our speciality micro-brewer beers and wines and then stay for a seafood feast or see what else we have gathered or what our farmers and fishermen have delivered.
